The PTD01 tube internal coating machine insulates the aluminum tube's inner wall by spraying a protective film layer with stable chemical properties on the inner wall.
The billet tube output by the annealing oven goes through the conveyor chain and falls into the inlet tube slot. It is then sent to the spraying machine rotating cup through the use of a pushing rod. After entering the spray station, the first spray gun enters the tube and blows compressed air into the tube to remove dust and any other impurities inside the tube. After blowing, the embryonic tube follows the turntable to the next station for the first actual spraying process. It is here the inner coating is pushed into the tube using a high air pressure, so that the resulting coating exits the spray gun as a fine mist. The rotating cup is simultaneously driven using a flat belt and rotates at a high speed to ensure a uniform inner wall coating. After the spraying process is finished, the spray gun withdraws, and the rotating cup enters the next station. This station carries out the exact same process, thus ensuring a fully satisfactory coating. The first coating round is generally a side spraying, which focuses on coating the tube body, and the second spraying primarily focuses on the tube head.Technical parameters
